You have gone out for a walk, your pace is very fast for some distance but after a while your body gets tired and you become very slow. You won’t get much benefit from walking like this. To get the most out of walking, keep your pace steady. So that you can walk for a long time and take full advantage.

Be careful when drinking water
You may feel thirsty during a half-hour walk. In such a situation, it is not right to avoid hydration. But do not start jogging after drinking lots of water. This may cause pain on the sides of the stomach. To avoid dehydration, always drink water sip by sip.

Even if the walk is done straight, it is better to stretch a little during it. This will give relief to the muscles and prevent any kind of injury.

It is important to move your hands while walking. There is no benefit in walking with hands completely still. Walking with moving hands increases speed and helps the legs maintain balance. So keep moving your hands while walking.

take care of posture
If you bend your neck and look at the mobile while walking, then it is a wrong way. Always walk with correct posture, looking straight ahead. So that the neck, shoulders and back all remain stable and in correct posture.
