Omega -3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are an essential fat for the body, which gives many benefits to our health. Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids which are essential for many physical functions. These are especially beneficial for the health of the heart, brain and eye. Studies have shown that they can also reduce the risk of inflammation, triglycerides and dementia. Fish oil and fat-rich fish such as salmon, trout and tuna have rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These seeds also provide other nutritional benefits such as fiber and antioxidants. It contains 50 to 60% omega-3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid. It is more than the quantity present in fish oil. Sprinkle ground linseed seeds on morning grains, mix them in smoothies or mix it in chapati flour for healthy taste.
Chia seed: Chia seeds are full of omega-3. Two spoons contain about 4,900 mg alpha-linolenic acid, fiber, protein and calcium. Make pudding by soaking them in water or milk or put a fun taste by putting it in a glass of salad, curd or lemonade.
Cannabis seeds: Cannabis seeds are soft, nutritious and rich in omega-3-3 tablespoons contain about 2,600 mg alpha-linolenic acid. They also have the correct proportion of omega-3 and omega-6, which improves overall health. Mix them in roti, toast or soup and vegetables.
