It has been used from religious rituals to mouth freshener. At the same time, Ayurvedacharya himself confirms this in terms of health. However, they also suggest that stale paan is not right for health.

He said, “Paan has great importance in Ayurveda. It helps in drying the wound. It contains calcium, vitamin C, riboflavin, carotene, niacin, chlorophyll as well as antioxidants. If the paan is consumed properly, it protects the body from many problems. Can

He said, “If you have a complaint of indigestion or constipation, it is advisable to eat betel leaves. Chewing stale mouths and eating betel leaf makes the digestive system strong and digestive problems such as belching, indigestion problems. Paan leaf can help in the treatment of cough and cold. Its decoction is also beneficial for health.”

He says, “Paan leaves have antiseptic properties, which are helpful in protecting the body from many types of infections. Eating betel leaf rich in medicinal properties provides many benefits. Paan leaves help to digest food. Whenever you eat, betel leaves whenever you eat, instead of lime, gulkand, saunf, codes, seeds can mix. The experts can not eat more than a day.”

At the same time, bacteria and other microorganisms can grow in stale paan, which can affect the digestive system and cause other health problems. Because of this, stale paan should not be eaten. It can be harmful for the body. Eating stale paan increases the chances of stomach upset.

Along with this, the lime that is applied in the betel is not made to eat, so the body has difficulty in digesting it. Lime and catechu found in stale paan are also harmful.
