These problems related to health may occur in the summer season:
Dihydration problem:
In hot weather, the lips sweat too much. Due to this, there is a lack of water and minerals in the body. In such a situation, if you do not drink too much water, then there can be a problem of dehydration, which can cause dizziness, headache, fatigue and dry skin. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Include hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber and orange in your diet. Avoid more caffeine and alcohol, as they can dehydrate more. Also keep a bottle of water with the water while coming out in the sun.
Skin related problems:
Staying in the sun for a long time can cause sunburn, tanning, rashes, heat rash and many skin problems. So always apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or more) before going out. Wear light, ventilated cotton clothes to prevent sweat. To avoid fungal infection, take a bath with cold water and keep your skin dry. Use aloe vera gel or any cooling moisturizer to treat sunburn.
Urine infection:
Dehydration and excessive sweating can reduce urine, causing increased bacteria in the urinary tract. This increases the risk of UTI, especially in women. In such a situation, drink plenty of fluids to remove toxins from your system. Maintain hygiene after using public toilets. Do not stop urination for a long time. Wear loose, cotton underwear to prevent bacteria.
Heatstroke
Staying out for a long time can cause tiredness to heat, causing dizziness, nausea and excessive sweating. Because of this, many times people are vulnerable to this heatstroke. Avoid exiting more sunlight hours (from 12 noon to 4 pm) to avoid this promise. Drink fluid containing electrolyte like coconut water
