The risk of heart related diseases increases greatly in cold. Actually, heart health gets disturbed due to increase in blood pressure and cholesterol during winter season. Due to which the possibility of heart attack increases manifold. More than 53 percent of heart attack cases occur in the morning in winter. In such a situation, let us know which people are more likely to have a heart attack and which people should be careful about their health?

These people get more heart attacks in winter

Middle-aged people should be careful about their health during the winter season. In this season, the chances of heart attack increases manifold in men who are 45 years of age or older. Women aged 55 years or older are more likely to suffer a heart attack. Also, people who smoke and consume tobacco excessively. The nerves that supply blood from their heart get blocked. Due to which the risk of heart attack increases.

If you are suffering from high blood pressure then you need to pay more attention to your health. Besides, people suffering from diseases like obesity, high cholesterol and diabetes also become victims of heart attacks in this season. If someone in your family has had this disease, then your chances of getting a heart attack increases.

If you want a healthy and fit body then just follow some rules. By doing this you will be protected from serious diseases like heart attack. Make slight changes in your lifestyle. Eat food on time. Have a light dinner and try to eat before 8 pm. Sleep on time and rest your mind and body for 7 to 8 hours. People living in cities should reduce the consumption of milk and milk products after the age of 40 or leave it completely. Minimize the use of refined oil in food. Do yoga and exercise daily.
