Piles is a disease which is called Piles in English. Due to piles, there is swelling in the anus of the patient, there is a hard lump around the anus and blood starts coming with the stool. There are two types of piles, internal and external hemorrhoids. In internal hemorrhoids blood comes with the stool whereas in external hemorrhoids there is swelling and itching around the anus. The main causes of this disease are constipation, poor eating habits, taking drugs, sitting in the toilet for a long time, straining during bowel movements, lifting heavy objects and having anal sex.

Avoid Bread: Consuming white bread can cause problems for you. It is not an easy task to digest, so patients of hemorrhoids should skip it from the diet. White bread aggravates the symptoms of piles, so avoid consuming it.
Avoid tea and coffee: Hemorrhoids patients should avoid taking tea and coffee. Consumption of tea and coffee can deprive the body of water, due to which the stool will be tight and it will be difficult to pass it. If the stool is tight, if you pass stool, the swelling in the anus will increase as well as there will be blood discharge.
Avoid Dairy Products: If you are troubled by piles, then avoid dairy products in the diet. Consuming dairy products can cause gas, indigestion, abdominal cramps and constipation. If you avoid milk, cheese and dairy products, your problem will be less.
Cigarettes and gutkha can increase the problem: Drugs like cigarettes and gutka can increase your problem. You should avoid these things or else your health may deteriorate.
