Materials required to make Moringa Paratha
Wheat flour two cups
Moringa powder two tablespoons
A onion finely chopped
Green chili two finely chopped
Green coriander two tablespoons chopped
Ginger a teaspoon grated
Salt taste
Celery half teaspoon
Oil to fry paratha/ghee
Water as per need
Easy legislation to make Moringa Paratha
To make it, first take wheat flour in a large pot.
Now add Moringa powder, chopped onion, green chillies, green coriander, ginger, salt and celery and mix well.
Slowly add water to knead soft dough.
Next, cover the dough and keep it for 15 minutes.
This will set the dough.
Now make equal dough balls and roll it round with rolling.
Heat the griddle, add paratha and roast from both sides till it becomes light golden.
Bake the rest of the parathas in the same way.
You can serve hot Moringa parathas with curd, pickle or chutney.
