Its benefits are far away and disadvantages. People in India use excess salt and sugar. The amount of salt in the plate of Indians is very high. Especially raw salt proves to be more harmful for health. Raw salt means eating salt on top. Today we are telling you some such things in which you should never eat by adding salt.

Curd- Often people eat salt in yogurt. But you will be surprised to know that salt in curd causes a lot of damage. In Ayurveda, it is advisable not to add milk and salt to it. In such a situation, people who eat salt in curd should know that it can cause hair fall. Hair can be white before age. Boils on the face- there may be problems with pimples and skin.

Fruit- If there is a habit of eating fruit by sprinkling salt on top, then leave it today. Eating by adding salt over the fruits can prove to be very harmful. This reduces the nutrients found in fruits. Consuming more salt can cause water retention problems. Heart, blood pressure and kidney problem may increase.

Salad- Most people also eat fruit-like raw salt on the salad. While this should not be done. Due to this, the amount of sodium in the body starts increasing. You should not eat white salt on the raita. More salt also increases the risk of many other diseases including kidney.

Juice- People also drink salt to enhance the taste of juice. While doctors refuse to do so. This taste can be overshadowed by your health. We already use more salt in food. The use of salt in fruits and juices should be avoided exactly. This also reduces fruit nutrients.
