New Delhi, 5 February (IANS). Cancer is the name of a deadly disease. Many research is going on due to dreadful merge. There are more than 200 types of this disease. Experts believe that this merge can be avoided by a little restraining the lifestyle in changing times.
Union for International Cancer Control Decides a theme every year. The theme of 2025 is “United By Unique”, that is, we are associated with each other with our uniqueness. There are many causes of cancer, research is going on. According to experts, one of the main reasons is an irregular routine.
Dr. Neeraj Goel, Director of Oncology Services of Delhi -based CK Birla Hospital (R), Dr. Neeraj Goyal, in front of the data, says that the lifestyle can be driven away by keeping the lifestyle restrained. In 50 percent of cases it has been observed that if the lifestyle is not restrained then you are vulnerable to cancer. Apart from this, the cause of 18 percent of deaths due to cancer is not physically active. At the same time, 20 percent of the deaths due to cancer are caused by a poor diet i.e. poor food.
So it means to say that if you want to save yourself from cancer or reduce its risk, then it is important to pay attention to lifestyle.
Cancer is the second major cause of death globally. According to the WHO, 9.6 million (90 lakh) deaths or 1 out of 6 deaths in 2018 are responsible for deaths. According to a recent report, there is a possibility of a 77 percent increase in cancer cases. Lungs, prostate, colorectal, stomach and liver cancer are the most common types of cancer in men, while breasts, colorectal, lungs, cervix and thyroid cancer are the most common in women.
In women, cases of breast cancer are constantly increasing. According to Dr. Goyal, it can be avoided by reducing regular exercise, alcohol and smoking intake.
