New Delhi, September 19 (IANS). Due to poor eating habits and mental stress, people start having premature greying of hair. However, if some changes are made in the lifestyle, then this can be controlled.
A recent research has shown that a healthy diet is very important for lifestyle. It is not only important for overall health, but also for the health of skin and hair. Let us know what measures should be taken to prevent hair from turning grey.
Do not let there be a deficiency of vitamins in the body. Hair starts turning grey due to a deficiency of vitamin B in the body. To fulfil the deficiency of vitamin B, apart from milk and curd, you can consume fish and eggs.
Hair starts turning grey due to lack of iron and zinc in the body. Therefore, consume green vegetables in your diet. Like spinach, greens etc.
Apart from this, massage your hair from time to time. This strengthens the hair roots. You can use coconut oil and amla oil for hair massage.
Apart from this, keep eating fresh fruits and vegetables regularly. This provides vitamin C, which prevents hair from turning grey.
Take less stress, because stress causes hair to turn grey. To relieve stress, exercise regularly. Apart from this, you can also do yoga and meditation.
Do not consume cigarettes or alcohol. Wash your hair with shampoo from time to time. Protect your hair from strong sunlight.
