All the system functions that run the body are controlled by hormones and the big thing is that you can control hormones by eating a pill throughout your life. But by increasing regular physical activity, you can balance hormones forever. So start, take a pledge that every day at least ten thousand steps will be done and will do yoga for 30 minutes so that all the hormones of the body-BP-Sugar are all balance and life keeps on galloping on the track of life.
