New Delhi, 7 June (IANS). A video of famous singer and rapper Badshah is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which he is seen taking ice bath. His fans are also quite surprised to see this video, because sitting in a tub filled with cold water is not an easy task. But do you know what are the benefits of our body by taking ice bath? Bollywood’s famous fitness coach Yasmin Karachiwala explained this in detail about this.
Yasmin recently shared a video of ice bath on Instagram, and counted its benefits in the caption. Let us understand these benefits in detail.
In addition to Yasmin Deepika-Katrina, many Bollywood actresses provide fitness training. According to Yasmin, ice bath helps in reducing muscle pain. When we sit in cold water, the swelling or pain in the muscles of our body decreases. This is especially beneficial when we come to workout or run. The ice bath gives the body cool and the muscles are cured quickly.
Ice bath helps a lot in rapid recovery. Also improves blood circulation. When we sit in cold water filled with snow, the veins of the body shrink a little. But when the water comes out of the water, the body again comes to normal temperature, due to which these veins start spreading again. This process increases the flow of blood, due to which blood rich in oxygen reaches rapidly throughout the body. This makes us feel refreshed. Ice bath not only relieves muscles, but also helps the body to function properly. So many people have started involving it in their daily care.
Ice bath is also a great way to increase mental strength. Sitting in cold water is not easy. Initially it seems very difficult and uncomfortable, but when a person accepts this challenge and sits in cold water for a few minutes with a calm mind, his confidence increases. This experience teaches the mind how important it is to remain calm and maintain control even in difficult situations. Our stamina and concentration is also good during ice bath. By doing this again and again, a person becomes mentally strong and is able to face the rest of the difficult situation in a better way.
