Breakfast

Sumit suggests that you start your day with sprouted grains, coconut, dry fruits, fresh vegetables and fruits. These can help keep you rich in energy.

lunch

He recommends eating lentils and rice for lunch. It is a traditional, protein -rich food that aids digestion and reduces appetite.

dinner

In the evening, select bajra bread with seasonal vegetables for light but easy food for stomach.
