The research has been published in the Journal of Canadian Medical Association. This recent study found that exercise can reduce the risk of more than 30 chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, respiratory disease, depression and certain types of cancer.
For this you do not even need HIIT (way to exercise with small intense intervals) workouts. Just moderate level labor can be talked. These can be horticulture, yoga or fast -moving activities.
Researchers found that only 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week can reduce the risk of death for all causes compared to any physical activity.
Some examples of moderate physical activity include gardening, ballroom dancing, yoga, lawn grass, water aerobics and sharp walk – “sharp” means walking at least 2.5 mph.
The American Heart Association conducted a research in 2022, analyzing more than 100,000 participants in 30 years. It found that individuals who give about 150-300 minutes in moderate physical activity per week have 20-21% less risk of mortality due to all reasons.
However, doctors also advise that 150 minutes should not be completed in a day. Experts believe that 30 minutes of health in a day are also good. If new people have been involved in the group of people who worry about health, then you can start with a 10-10 minute walk.
