Mumbai, July 11 (IANS). Adani Group President Gautam Adani said on Friday that spine is a medical miracle as well as a corporate requirement.
Addressing the 5th annual conference of the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery-Asia Pacific (SMISS-AP) in Mumbai, the chairman of Adani Group described the spinal cord as an important part of the human body and necessary to decide in life.
Gautam Adani said, “The spinal cord that you fix is the ultimate architecture required to strengthen the human body, and just as you strengthen our body, leadership means strengthening the organization.”
The chairman of the Adani Group further said, “Today’s program will remind us that the spinal cord is a medical miracle as well as a corporate requirement for confidence.”
Gautam Adani also saluted health workers for their humanity and courage.
Gautam Adani said, “Your humanity restores the dignity of your patients. It gives them the power and courage to stand firmly in front of the world.”
The chairman of the Adani Group further said, “Doctor Hope i.e. Asha. You can be a spinal doctors for the world, but for your patients you are more than that.”
Gautam Adani described Munna Bhai MBBS as his favorite film and said that the film teaches that Munna Bhai’s character treats people with humanity.
The chairman of the Adani Group said that “true treatment goes beyond surgery, treatment is expected, treatment is humanity”.
Referring to the strength of the spinal cord, Gautam Adani recalled the early moments of life and said that “Dreams are not those who fall in sleep, but dreams are those who make sleep.”
Adaani Group President Gautam Adani said, “When I was just 16 years old, I took a second class train ticket and took a bold decision to go to Mumbai without a degree, job or any backup.”
