Keep yourself hydrated: If you want to get rid of problems like bloating and indigestion, then do not let your body get dehydrated. Start your day with warm water and lemon. It promotes digestion and removes toxins from the body.

Include fiber-rich foods in your diet: Include fiber-rich leafy vegetables, whole grains and fruits in your diet. Fiber is important for naturally cleansing your stomach and keeping it healthy.
