To get rid of the problem of bloating and belching, follow these tips:

Keep yourself hydrated: If you want to get rid of problems like bloating and indigestion, then do not let your body get dehydrated. Start your day with warm water and lemon. It promotes digestion and removes toxins from the body.

Include fiber-rich foods in your diet: Include fiber-rich leafy vegetables, whole grains and fruits in your diet. Fiber is important for naturally cleansing your stomach and keeping it healthy.

Consume probiotics and prebiotics: Probiotics and prebiotics together improve gut health. Probiotics are found in foods like yogurt and sauerkraut. Prebiotics are found in foods like bananas, whole grains, onions, garlic, soybeans, and artichokes.

Keep these things in mind also

Never drink water while eating food. Drink water only after about 2 to 3 hours of eating. Also, always eat a little less food than what you are hungry for. Always eat small amounts of food.
