However, the vitamin D from fish oil is in limited amounts and due to this it is not sufficient to overcome severe shortage. Which option is better?
So if you talk about which option is better, then the answer depends on your situation. If there is a slight deficiency of vitamin D in the body and you are not struggling with any serious health problem, fish oil can be a natural and supportive option. But if the deficiency is high or the doctor has advised special dose, taking supplements is more effective and safe.
