How to fulfill the resolution of staying healthy?
Just 5 more days, the new year 2025 will begin. Every year brings new expectations and everyone wants happiness in life in the New Year and for this people take many resolutions. But are people able to fulfill their resolutions? Many people won’t even remember their promise from last year! Now take the commitment of ‘Healthy Life Style-Workout’, how much were you able to fulfill it? Do you devote 40 minutes to your health every day? Whereas this should be the biggest priority because age has to increase and as age increases, immunity will decrease, the body will become weak and the risk of diseases will increase. This thinking stops us even before starting physical activity. The biggest excuse for not achieving health resolutions is ‘being trapped by the greed of the tongue and taste’. Whenever we try to improve our lifestyle, greed and temptation emerge as our biggest enemies. They also challenge our self-control. Excuses will keep on coming but if you want to start a healthy and happy New Year then you will have to strengthen your will power.
