New Delhi, March 28 (IANS). In Ayurveda, Triphala is considered an important medicine, which is formed by mixing three fruits- amla, myrabalan, and Bahera. Triphala is famous for its diverse health benefits and has been used in the treatment of various diseases since ancient times.
