Naman Chaudhary weighed about 150 kg. Due to the weight of 15 kg, people often used to call him. In such a situation, after being harassed, Naman took it as a personal challenge and reduced his increased weight. He killed his life to reduce the increasing weight. After hard work of 2.5 years, Naman’s weight reached from 150 kg to 75 kg. He has shared the Instagram post and told about his diet. Let us know what diet did Naman Chaudhary follow to lose weight?

Breakfast (400 kcal, 35 grams of protein)

Option 1: 4 Egg whiteness + 1 full egg (18 grams of protein)-50 grams of cheese fried with onion, tomato and spices-1 multigrain toast (4 grams of protein) option 2 (not) 2 (eggs): 60 grams soy-chili (not) of chili (4 grams of protein)-4 grams of chili (4 grams of protein)- 50 grams of low -fat cheese (11 grams of protein) mixed with powder – 1 small multigrain toast grilled with spices (4 grams of protein)

Lunch

100 grams of soy chunks curry (52 grams of raw soy gives 25 grams of protein) – onion, tomato and masala 100 grams boiled broccoli (3 grams of protein) 1 small bread (30 grams of flour) (3 grams of protein)

Evening breakfast (200 kcal, 20 grams of protein)

150 grams low-fat cheese tikka (20 grams of protein)-marinated, grilled or air-fried with yogurt, lemon and spices

Dinner (350 kcal, 35 grams of protein)

150 grams boiled dal (12 grams of protein) 100 grams of steer-fried tofu or cheese (15 grams of protein)-100 grams of cucumber + tomato salad (2 grams protein) 1 small bread (3 grams of protein) with vegetables

Daily Total:

Calorie: ~ 1300-1400 kcal protein: ~ 120 grams
