These three things are very important to keep yourself healthy. If you also want to protect yourself from falling prey to different types of problems, then you should prevent iron, calcium and folate deficiency from occurring in your body.

How will iron deficiency be overcome?

To overcome iron deficiency, you should include iron rich foods in your diet plan. A good amount of iron is found in food items like beans, lentils, chickpeas, citrus fruits, spinach, kale. Apart from this, it is also advisable to consume pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and cashews to overcome iron deficiency. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can prevent iron deficiency by eating red meat, seafood, poultry and organ meat.

Ways to overcome calcium deficiency

Calcium deficiency can take a toll on your bone health. To get rid of calcium deficiency, dairy products like milk and curd can be consumed. Apart from this, a good amount of calcium is also found in tofu. Health experts also recommend eating almonds to overcome calcium deficiency.

How to overcome folate deficiency?

Folate deficiency in the body can cause many health problems. If you want to get rid of folate deficiency, you should include green leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli and turnip in your diet plan. Oranges, lemons, grapefruits and avocados also contain a good amount of folate. Folate deficiency can also be overcome by consuming beans, lentils and chickpeas in the right amount.
