Refined carbohydrates: Refined carbohydrates such as bread, pasta and bakery products raise blood sugar levels in the body faster, due to which the energy level in the body increases and then falls fast. This decline in blood sugar level can cause fatigue and irritability. Excessive intake of these foods can affect mental health.

Sweet foods and drinks: Consuming too much sugar causes mental health problems. When we eat or drink too much sweet, blood sugar levels in the body suddenly increase, which gives more energy to the body. But when the sugar levels in the body fall, there may be problems like irritability, fatigue and depression.

Processed Food: Processed and junk food often contains trans fat and more salt and sugar, which affect the mood. Constant intake of these foods can increase stress, anxiety and depression. In addition, these foods can increase inflammation in the body.

Unhealthy fats: Unhealthy fats found in pizza, burgers and junk food not only affect physical health but also damage mental health. These unhealthy fats do not allow the brain to function properly, which increases the risk of mood swing.

Caffeine: Caffeine drinks such as coffee, tea and energy drinks help to give the body immediately, but they also reduce the level of energy quickly, which can cause fatigue and mood swing. It can increase nervousness, anxiety and other mental health problems.
