You can also eat 3-4 leaves or 5-6 flowers of Sadabahar by chewing them. This helps in flushing out the toxins accumulated in the body and helps in controlling blood sugar.
How to use Sadabahar in diabetes
Diabetes patients should grind 1 small cucumber, 1 small bitter gourd, 1 small tomato in a mixer. You can also add 6-7 flowers of Sadabahar and 3-4 neem leaves to it. If you do not get Sadabahar flowers, you can also use the leaves. Mix all the things and grind them and then extract its juice and filter it. Consuming this juice helps in controlling diabetes.

If you want, you can also use dried leaves or flowers of Sadabahar. Grind these leaves and make powder and then mix it in juice or eat 1 spoon of powder with water. This will be very beneficial for diabetes patients.
