But if the problem of headache has increased for a few days, then definitely pay attention to these things told by the doctor. So that one can get relief from the problem of headache. Dr. Priyanka Sherawat of Neurology of AIIMS has shared some tips on her Instagram account. In which it is told that if the problem of headache is increasing in women for a few days and they are taking any kind of medicine related to periods, hormones, bleeding or uterus related, then they must do these 2 things.

If the frequency of headache increases after taking medicines. So first of all go to your doctor and ask him to reduce the dosage of medicines. Because medicines that balance hormones have the possibility of increasing migraine. Therefore, talk to the doctor about the headaches caused by those medicines. So that the problem of headache can be reduced by reducing the dose or replacing it with other medicines. Due to hormonal medicines, pressure in the brain increases which can increase the problem of headache. Due to which there is blurred vision along with headache. In such a situation, go to an eye doctor and get your retina checked. Hormonal medicines put pressure on the nerves of the retina. Which is visible during checkup.

If you have problem of headache then definitely do these things as per doctor’s advice.
-Take at least 7-8 hours of sleep.

-Drink 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day and keep the body hydrated.
