Oil Pulling- Ayurveda has a tradition of oil pulling to keep teeth healthy. Oil pulling helps to make teeth white. This improves oral health and removes teeth related problems. For oil pulling, you have to fill the mouth oil and rotate it in the teeth and mouth. Turn the oil in the mouth for 15 to 20 minutes. You can use sunflower, coconut oil, sesame oil.
Rub banana, orange or lemon peel- Use fruit peel to clean the teeth. For this, rub banana, orange or lemon peels on the teeth. After rubbing the peel for about 2 minutes, brush the teeth. Citric acid is found in fruit peel, causing teeth to be white.
Soda and lemon- Soda and lemon can also be used to remove yellowness on teeth. For this, take 1 teaspoon of soda in a bowl and mix lemon juice in it and make a paste.
