During menopause, women may have problems like heat feeling, mood fluctuations, anxiety, weight gain, weakness in bones, dryness in the vagina, dryness and hair loss. In such a situation, women should make some changes in their food and lifestyle before this time starts. Make this asana a part of the routine to make menopause easier. First of all, rest your hands and knees on yoga mats. You have to keep the knees under the hips. The wrist has to keep the shoulders down. You have to bring your body to a cat poses. Now raise your thighs upwards. Your foot knee should be at 90 degrees angles. Take a long breath and lift your tailbone up. The head has to bend down and try to apply the chin to the chest. Repeat it. Doing this reduces weight. This asana strengthens the muscles of the pelvic floor. This can help manage the symptoms of menopause.

This asana is very beneficial for women. To do this, first of all, stand up straight on Yoga Matt. Now you have to move both hands up. Bend towards the ground. Keep the knees and hands very straight. Now you have to move the feet backwards. Move the hands forward. Your body will come in the shape of a bow i.e. bow. The hands are completely on the ground. Next, lift the hips upwards. You have to see the cupph of the feet. Hold this position for some time. This strengthens bones. Symptoms of menopause are low. The body gets strength and stress is low.
