These 3 yogasanas make your heart strong and are also beneficial in mental diseases

1) Tadasana
Regular practice of this yoga asana improves body posture, creates correct balance and increases the supply of oxygen to the heart. Apart from this, doing Tadasana develops lung capacity and reduces the risk of heart diseases.

2) Bridge pose
This yogasana is very easy to do. Regular practice of Setubandhasana expands the chest and strengthens the heart muscles. This asana also strengthens the back, glutes and hamstrings.

3) Vrksasana
This asana works to create the right balance of the body. Practicing Vrikshasana reduces high blood pressure, increases flexibility in the body and improves breathing and heart rate. Dr. Abhijeet Borse, Interventional Cardiologist, Asian Heart Institute, says, ‘Regular practice of these 3 yoga asanas (Tadasana, Setubandhasana, Vrikshasana) can rapidly improve heart health.’ According to Dr. Abhijeet Borse, these yoga asanas increase the flexibility of the body and muscles, relieve stress, as well as improve sleep quality.
