Bones will be strong even in old age
With increasing age, there are many changes in the body, especially the strength and flexibility of the joints starts decreasing. But if we regularly include low-impact exercises in our lifestyle, we can not only strengthen the joints, but can also lead the aging process better. By regularly light and safe exercise, bones are strong, flexibility in joints and energy in the body.
Do these exercises to strengthen bones:
Brisk Walking: 20–30 minutes of walking every day keeps them active without putting more pressure on the joints. It is safe and beneficial for knees, ankles and hips. Walking in open air in the evening or evening also gives mental freshness.
Yoga and Stretching: Slow -speed yoga asanas such as Balasan, Trigonasana and Marajari asana increase the mobility of joints and reduce stress. Everyday 30-40 minutes of yoga removes the stiffness and tightness of the day.
Cycling: Cycle is a low pressure exercise for the knees which strengthens bones and increases the stamina of the body.
Stair Climbing: Climbing the stairs activates the muscles of the thighs and hips. If done with light speed and balance, it becomes an effective low-impact exercise. Start with 1-2 floor and increase it slowly.
Chair Yoga & Desk Exercises: Exercises are very effective for elderly or overweight women. These may include ankle rotations, knee extensions and arm circles. It reduces the side effects of sitting throughout the day.
Take these precautions while exercising:
Light stretching is necessary before and after exercise. Suddenly do not exercise any fast or too much. Keep drinking water and respect the boundaries of the body. If there is a problem of old joints, do exercise only after medical advice
