These fruits are not less than a miracle for high blood pressure, full of taste

New Delhi, May 28 (IANS). Our changing lifestyle, irregular routine and stressful environment have made high blood pressure i.e. high blood pressure a common problem. Once this problem occurs, people often have to depend on medicines for life to control it. But do you know that some natural things, especially fruits, can prove to be very beneficial in this problem? Yes, nature has given us many delicious fruits that not only control high blood pressure, but also maintain our entire body health. These fruits are rich in nutrients and provide relief to the body without any side effects.

In 2020, a research was conducted by Cambridge University, Reading University and University of California Davis & Mars. This research revealed that many fruits like apples, grapes can prove to be very helpful to get relief from the problem of high blood pressure. According to Guntur Kunhale, a nutritionist at the University of Reading, this is the first research to explain the connection between health and a particular type of nutrients. This is a relief.

Apple- Eating two apples daily is beneficial when there is high blood pressure. Eating apple brings urine quickly and more, due to which more salt stored in the body comes out. Due to low salt, blood pressure also starts coming under control. Also, it also puts less pressure on our kidneys and gives them rest.

Grape- Our body has both antioxidants and proxidants. If the proxidants become more then the risk of serious diseases increases. Dark red or black grapes are rich in antioxidants, which help prevent the disease -enhancing cells. Therefore eating black grapes is beneficial for health. They make the heart strong and help protect against diseases like cancer. Some grapes must be eaten daily.

Lemon- Consuming lemon daily keeps blood tubes in the blood tubes, which keeps blood pressure under control. This also reduces the risk of heart disease and heart attack. Whether blood pressure is high or less, drinking lemon in water several times a day is beneficial. Drinking lemon in hot water especially in the morning is very beneficial for both heart and health.

Orange- Eating two oranges daily is beneficial in high blood pressure. Drinking orange juice on an empty stomach in the morning gives great benefits. It contains potassium and calcium, which helps in controlling blood pressure.

Banana- Banana is high potassium and low sodium, which helps in controlling blood pressure. America’s Food and Drug Administration has also admitted that eating bananas daily reduces the risk of high blood pressure and heart attack. This is a cheap, delicious and easy way to keep the heart healthy. Therefore, eating a banana daily is good for health.

Papaya- Eating papaya in high blood pressure is very beneficial. If about 250 grams of papaya is eaten continuously for two to three months on an empty stomach every morning, then the blood pressure gradually starts to normalize. Papaya is a lighter, easy to digest and cooling the body. It strengthens the heart and helps to keep blood pressure control.
