High blood pressure and sugar in men
Blood pressure and sugar are such diseases, they cannot be eliminated, but they can be controlled. Damals from these diseases can be avoided with medication and abstinence. BP and sugar disease is increasing in men
These reports have been prepared, including different research done in about 200 countries. According to a research, high blood pressure cases have been found more in Indian women. Also, the number of men has been seen in high BP in 30 percent of the countries involved in research and high sugar in 4 percent countries. HIV and AIDS also have a higher number of men in 56% of the countries involved in research. Not only this, 131 countries from HIV/AIDS have been found to be 64%, high BP to 107 and Sugar in 100 countries.

Research has found that HIV and AIDS cases have been found more in women in 14 percent of countries. According to the co-founder of the UK-based research organization Global 50/50, the research has found that men are not serious about their treatment. They do not go to the doctor soon. Due to more drinks and smoking, these diseases take them to critical condition. Due to which there are more deaths.
How to avoid lifestyle related diseases
Let me tell you that poor catering habits are trapping the body in the net of diseases. Apart from this, lifestyle diseases are increasing rapidly due to low physical activity, taking excess stress, drinking alcohol and cigarettes to reduce stress, eating on time and lack of sleep.
