The risk of heart attack is increasing rapidly, especially in people around 40 years of age. There are many reasons for increased risk of heart attack in women, including hormonal fluctuations and changes like menopause.

If you notice any kind of change in the body, definitely consult a doctor. Women should definitely talk to a doctor, especially during menopause.

Avoid taking stress- People who take more stress are more at risk of heart related diseases. Due to this the risk of heart disease also increases. Therefore, avoid stress as much as possible. Pregnancy, menopause, periods and weakness also cause stress in women. Which also affects the heart.

Keep lifestyle healthy – The risk of many diseases can be reduced by eating food. To make your heart healthy, make changes in your lifestyle. Eat home cooked food. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Eat nuts and seeds. Do yoga and do some physical activity for 1 hour a day.

Habits that protect against heart attack

Eat healthy diet, exercise for 1 hour every day, maintain healthy weight, do meditation and yoga, sleep on time and get 8 hours of sleep.
