In such a situation, consuming too much fruit juice can cause weight gain. Not only this, fruit juices contain less fiber, minerals and vitamins than fruits, so we should consume fruits instead of fruit juices.

Nuts and Peanut Butter
Almonds, walnuts, cashews and peanuts are rich in calories and nut butters like almond butter or peanut butter are also rich in fat, so they should be consumed in moderation.

Full fat milk and dairy products
