Boiled millet: Boiled millet is beneficial in high cholesterol. It is rich in fiber and roughage and works quickly in reducing cholesterol. Boil fenugreek: You can eat boiled fenugreek in case of high cholesterol. It not only reduces cholesterol but is also helpful in reducing sugar. It reduces bad fat and increases good fat.
