Diabetes is caused due to bad lifestyle and eating habits. More than 8 crore people around the world suffer from diabetes. According to Swami Ramdev, when the sugar level in the body increases, there is a complaint of kidney, heart, blood pressure or loss of eyesight. Along with this, the whole body becomes weak due to diabetes. In such a situation, it is very important to control diabetes. In such a situation, let us know which yogasanas will improve diabetes, blood pressure and heart health?

Do these yogasanas daily:

Bhastrika- By doing this pranayama, oxygen flows properly in the whole body. Due to which, along with diabetes, your heart health also becomes excellent. Along with this, you will also get relief from many other diseases.

Kapalbhati- By doing this pranayama, the beta cells of the pancreas become active again. Due to which insulin starts being produced rapidly. Apart from this, by doing this, the blood circulation remains fine and the metabolism increases.

Bhramari- To do this Pranayama, first sit in Sukhasana or Padmasana position. Now take a deep breath inside. After taking a breath, first place your fingers on the forehead. In which close the eyes with 3 fingers. Close the ears with the thumb. Close the mouth and make the sound of ‘Om’. This Pranayama must be done 5 to 7 times.

Anulom Vilom- Doing this pranayama is considered best for chronic diseases, stress, depression, heart. Apart from this, it also keeps the muscular system healthy. Do it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Surya Namaskar: Just as doing Surya Namaskar increases your weight and keeps your body healthy, similarly, by practicing it regularly, you can increase your weight. For this, do Surya Namaskar at least 100 times daily. Then gradually increase its number. By doing this asana, along with reducing your weight, you will stay away from many diseases including diabetes.
