Uric acid reducing chutney
As winter approaches, joint pain, arthritis and uric acid pain increases. Due to cold the bones start getting stiff. Especially the problems of uric acid patients start increasing with the arrival of winter. When the kidneys do not function properly, it becomes difficult to remove the increased uric acid. Sometimes due to lack of diet and exercise, uric acid increases which gets accumulated in the joints. To reduce uric acid, chutney should be eaten daily in winter. Uric acid can be reduced by eating Amla chutney.
Amla season is during cold days. Uric acid patients should prepare Amla chutney and eat it daily. Amla, rich in Vitamin C, reduces increased uric acid. Amla is rich in antioxidants which reduce high uric acid and also reduce joint pain. Amla is also beneficial for patients suffering from arthritis and gout.
How to make Amla Chutney
To make Amla Chutney, take 2-3 fresh Amla and chop them. Now put Amla in the mixer. Add some green coriander, green chilli, cumin and salt to it. If you want, you can also add 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds in Amla chutney. Now grind the chutney finely in the mixer. Eat this chutney daily with food.
How to use Amla in uric acid
If you want, you can also eat Amla Murabba. Eat 1 spoon of Amla with warm water at night. You will also get benefit from this. Eating Amla mixed with honey will also provide relief. You can also include Amla in your diet by making it a vegetable. Eating Amla in winter will strengthen your immunity and keep you away from diseases. Within a few days, you will get help in controlling joint pain, swelling and increased uric acid.
