Material
You do not need much things to make Apple Cider Vinegar at home. You can easily make natural vinegar from the material below.
4-5 ripe sweet apples (good quality) 2-3 tablespoons sugar or honey filled or boiled cold water bottle or jar muslle and rubber band
Recipe
First, wash the apples thoroughly and cut it into small pieces and remove the seeds. Put the apple pieces in a clean glass jar and add sugar or honey to it. Now add so much water that all the pieces are completely covered. Cover the jar with muslin cloth and tie it with a rubber band so that the air can come in, but dust or insects cannot come in. Keep the jar for 3 to 4 weeks in a warm, dark place (such as in the kitchen corner). Stir once every 3-4 days with a wooden spoon. When it becomes sour and the smell like vinegar starts coming, filter it and fill it in a clean bottle. This vinegar can take about 30 to 45 days to fully prepare.
