When and how to eat?

According to the expert, using chia seeds on an empty stomach in the morning is more beneficial. Also, you can consume one to two teaspoons of chia in a day. You can consume it by soaking it in water. Apart from this, you can also use it in fruit smoothie or fruit shake.
