Benefits of eating white sesame seeds

Eating sesame seeds will make your bones stronger – Sesame seeds are considered a good source of calcium. Eating sesame makes bones strong. If you eat 200 grams of white sesame seeds daily, your daily calcium requirement can be fulfilled. This relieves bone pain and the bones become stronger. The problem of joint pain also goes away.

There will be energy throughout the day- Eating white sesame seeds provides full energy to the body. If you eat 1 handful of sesame seeds in a day, it will keep away laziness, weakness and tiredness. Mix 1 teaspoon of sesame powder in milk and drink it both in the morning and evening. To make it more powerful, you can also grind some other dry fruits like cashew nuts and almonds. In this way, drinking milk daily will make your bones strong.
