Health News Desk, the winter season has started. People adopt many methods to avoid cold. Many people use heaters at home. Many people are also seen warming themselves by fire to escape the cold in winter. Sitting near a warm fire in winter brings relief. Because of this one does not feel like getting up from near the fire. By warming hands and feet in fire, the body is saved from the ravages of cold wind, but doing so can prove to be harmful for your health. Some damage may occur due to excessive heating in fire.

Anaemia
If we burn coal or wood for heating, the smoke coming out of the fire increases the level of carbon dioxide. Due to this the oxygen level reduces. This can reduce the number of red blood cells in the body and cause diseases related to them.

difficulty breathing
If things like heater or fire are kept in the room for excessive heat, it can affect the respiratory system. Due to this, you are likely to suffer from respiratory diseases. Actually, due to fire the oxygen level decreases and this affects the breathing. Sometimes one feels suffocated due to the room being closed.

damage to eyes
Eyes can also be damaged due to heating in fire. The smoke coming out of fire is very harmful for the eyes. This can have a bad effect on eyesight.

skin problems
Fire heating can cause many problems to your screen. The high temperature of fire can cause dryness in the skin. At the same time, patients suffering from diseases like eczema and psoriasis should avoid heating themselves in fire.

maintain sufficient distance
