Doctor advised women to do 2 exercises to avoid breast cancer
On Instagram, Dr. Abha Bhalla has advised women to do two stretching exercises to prevent breast cancer. By doing this daily, the lymphatic nodes around the breast do not get collected and drainage is maintained. Due to which the risk of breast cancer is reduced.
Do this exercise daily
Women need to do shoulder exercises every day to keep the lymphatic system around their collar bone active. So that there is no risk of getting nodes. You have to raise both your shoulders upwards one after the other i.e. shrug. Doing this exercise for at least two to three minutes daily does not reduce the risk of breast cancer.
do stretching
The second exercise is stretching. Lift the right hand and tilt the body to the left and feel the stretch from the hand to the waist. Similarly, lift the left hand and stretch it by bending the body towards the right side. Do this exercise for at least two to three minutes daily. By doing this, lymphatic drainage will be maintained around the armpit. There is often a risk of breast cancer due to the formation of lumps around the breast and cancer cells reaching the lymph nodes.
