Nutrients like magnesium and potassium can strengthen your heart health to a great extent. To protect yourself from these health related diseases, you should not allow such nutritional deficiencies to develop in your body.

If you want to protect your heart health from getting damaged, then you must include green leafy vegetables, beans and whole grains in your diet. Apart from this, consuming nuts and seeds in right quantity can also prove beneficial for your heart health. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also consume limited quantity of fish. To strengthen heart health, it is also advised to consume things like cashews, almonds and spinach.
