How to control uric acid

Yoga to control uric acid
Bhujangasana (Cobra pose) – Bhujangasana is included in the 12 yoga asanas of Surya Namaskar. By doing this the muscles become stronger. Doing this yoga puts pressure on the stomach, which helps in weight loss and also controls the level of uric acid accumulated in the body.
Setubandhasana (Bridge pose)- Doing this yoga exercise strengthens the core muscles. This increases blood circulation and toxic substances accumulated in the body are removed. Helps in reducing stress and keeping the body active. Uric acid also reduces by doing Setubandhasana.
Ardha Matsyendrasana (Spinal half twist) – By doing this yoga daily, the toxic substances found in the body are removed and the body is detoxified. Due to this, uric acid also starts reducing. By doing this yoga asana, the stretch in the muscles of the legs increases which removes pain and cramps.
