Children, teenagers, pregnant women and elderly Vitamini D deficiency are rapidly vulnerable. Vitamin D deficiency in women has been seen more than men. In addition, this problem in urban areas is more serious than in rural areas.

Vitamin D deficiency affects not only bones, but the whole body is affected. This causes problems such as rickets in children and bones in adults. Along with this, muscle weakness, fatigue, mood fluctuations and depression can also occur. This deficiency can also increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes and certain types of cancer.
How will vitamin D deficiency be complete?
To meet vitamin D deficiency, first increase the intake of milk, curd in your diet. Take sunlight between 7 am and 8 o’clock in the morning. Increase the fortification of vitamin D in daily foods like oil and grains. Along with this, awareness campaign should be launched on a large scale about vitamin D. When people know about the side effects of its deficiency, they will be careful about their health.
