New Delhi, 4 April (IANS). In the 120th episode of Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked the countrymen to count the opposite, reminding them of Yoga Day. PM Modi appealed that if you want to be healthy, then include it in your routine soon. Yoga means some such actions that keep the body and mind and brain fit. Whatever the weather, its postures prove to be helpful in keeping us healthy.
Now that the weather is changing, the question arises whether the posture and pranayam we were doing in the cold weather, the same should be kept or yoga also says that changes in the behavior with the changing season are necessary! Well-known yoga guru Shailendra told in a conversation with IANS that yes, yoga also changes with the changing season.
The question arises as to what yoga do you do that there is a circulation of coolness in the brain and body. Yoga Guru says that according to the weather, selection of asanas is necessary. Posts that keep your mind-brain and body cool in summer. Just as change in our food is necessary, similarly in exercise. Yogasan such as Sheetali, Colding, are effective in keeping the body cool and calm.
The main texts composed on yoga, Yogasutra and Yogbhashya mention Asana and Pranayama. It consults to include Sheetali, Cold, Bhramari and Shavasana, practice. However, before making these asanas a part of their daily practice, the advice of a skilled yoga guru must be taken.
Yoga guru Shailendra says that some special precaution should be taken according to age, merge and gender and they should be included according to the change. Special attention should also be taken of the rule. For example, morning time is best suited for better results. It is best to do asana on an empty stomach and if it is not possible in the morning, do not eat anything 3 hours before practice or keep the stomach empty.
