This feeling starts especially in the thumb and fingers. This is more likely to happen to people who use typing or equipment operated with specific fingers. People who do this for a long time start getting stressed on their nerves.

Exercise to remove numbness of hands and feet in the morning

If you feel like this, then doing some exercise after waking up in the morning can provide relief. Like you wake up in the morning and do warm-up stretching. In this, rotate your wrist up, down and from one side to the other. Spread your fingers far apart, relax them, and then spread them again. Pull your thumb back by gently pulling it back, holding it, and releasing it. Stand on your toes and stretch. Rotate toes.
