Weight Loss Tips: After delivery, the woman fulfilled her weight loss journey, the effect showed in just one month

Losing weight after delivery can be a difficult task for women, but by adopting the right way we can reach our destination. Many methods of weight loss are going viral on social media, one of them is also. Actually, online social media creator Dhara, who is the mother of two children, has recently given birth to her second child. He shared a post and told how he reduced his belly fat with just 3 exercises.

How to lose weight?

Dhara has shared a video in his post and said that he lost his weight within just 1 month, for which he consumed plenty of protein and fiber -rich foods and resorted to some mild exercises.

These 3 exercises will help you lose weight

1. Single Ni to Chest Stretch- In this exercise you have to stretch from a knee to chest, with the help of which the belly fat is reduced. Stay in this position for a few seconds.

2. Single Strait Leg Rise- To do this exercise you have to lay down on your back, spread your arms upwards, lift your feet up from the ground and bring them back down without touching the ground.

3. Legs Only Dead Buck – In this you have to lie on your back and then spread your arms upwards, one leg is to be raised straight towards the roof and then bring it down without touching the ground.

Some instructional suggestions

Repeat this exercise 1.10 times.
2. You have to do it in 2-3 sets.
3. Focus on your breathing activities.
4. Exercise daily, the results are not obtained in a day.

Dhara also told some more things on the caption in his post, which revealed that he had a C-section delivery. But he started efforts to control his weight during pregnancy, including diet, low -fat foods, good sleep and physical activities.
