Amla- Amla proves to be effective in fatty liver. You have to take about 4 grams of dried gooseberry powder with water 3 times a day. This will provide relief in fatty liver within a month. Amla contains vitamin C and anti-oxidants that improve liver function.
Buttermilk- In Ayurveda, more buttermilk is considered beneficial than yogurt. By include buttermilk in lunch will benefit. You can take asafetida, black salt, cumin and black pepper in buttermilk. It will get relief in fatty liver.

Bitter gourd- Fatty liver patients must consume bitter gourd. This can prevent the problem of fatty liver. The ingredients found in bitter gourd protect them from having fatty liver. Fatty liver patient should drink bitter gourd vegetable and bitter gourd juice.
