There are many ways of treatment:
Anti -thyroid drug, radioactive iodine therapy, beta blocker and surgery (thyroidctomy) can be adopted to treat hyper thyroidism. Along with this, it can be controlled to a large extent by reducing iodine in food, reducing caffeine intake, increasing intake of fruits and vegetables and taking steps like adequate sleep and regular exercise.
