New Delhi, March 11 (IANS). Drinking juice is beneficial for health and is consumed even more during the summer season. But it is important to know which juice will be beneficial in which disease. According to Ayurveda and Naturopathy, different fruits and vegetable juices should be consumed in different diseases. For example, which juice should be drunk to apply hunger or which juice is beneficial for cleaning blood.

If the appetite seems less, drinking lemonade on an empty stomach in the morning is beneficial. In addition, taking ginger with sandha salt before eating also increases appetite. Drinking the juice of lemon, carrot, beet, spinach, basil, neem, vine leaves and cabbage clears the blood and improves the skin. Garlic, ginger, basil, beet, carrot and sweet grape juice are beneficial for asthma patients. Such patients should avoid ghee, oil and butter. High blood pressure patients should drink carrots, grapes, seasonal and tide juice.

Grapes, apples, raspberries and mausammi juice are considered best for jaundice patients. Carrots, spinach, basil, grapes and mausammi juice are beneficial due to acidity. Ulcer patients should consume carrots, cabbage and grape juice. Milk is also beneficial, but only pure milk of native cow should be drunk.

Coconut water or acacia juice can be drunk to enhance beauty. Washing face with coconut water is also beneficial. Carrot, watermelon, onion, basil and ghritkumari juice should be taken to erase acne stains. Carrots, spinach, cucumber, cabbage and coconut juice are beneficial for boils.

Cancer patients should drink wheat tides, carrots and grapes juice. Bitter gourd, cabbage, spinach, coconut and carrot juice are best for diabetes patients. Cucumber juice is most beneficial for stones patients. Also, spinach and tomato should be avoided.

Radish, ginger, garlic, basil and carrot juice should be drunk for cold-cups patients. In bronchitis, papaya, carrot, ginger, basil and pineapple juice are beneficial. To increase weight, spinach, carrot, beet, coconut and cabbage juice should be drunk and pineapple, watermelon, gourd and lemon juice are the most effective for weight loss.

In case of anemia, the juice of mausammi, grapes, spinach, tomato, beetroot and apple should be taken at night. In case of pain in menstruation, grapes, pineapple and raspberry juice should be drunk. Cucumber, beet, carrot and coconut juice are beneficial for headache. Drinking grapes and apple juice in insomnia is beneficial.

Wheat tides, carrots, coconut, cucumber and spinach juice are beneficial for pyorrhea. In hemorrhoids, native cow’s ghee should be mixed with radish and ginger juice.
